Tomorrow is the International Transgender Day of Remembrancer

I was just mentioning to a friend how humorless I find ironic campy gay impersonations directed at the masses with that clever wink of the insider.  Cheap laughs gained by mocking particular gender presentations because ‘we’ are beyond all of that – ignore the fact that a non-conforming gender presentation all too often costs people their lives.

(Vermont and Maine are the only 2 states of the 13 not listed because no murder of a transgender person has occurred in either state.)
